Easy Homemade Soy Yogurt

♥-made "Up-to-Me" Soy Yogurt w/ black sesame (and a bit of chopped dark chocolate shhhhh...)
s/w Thai Mulberry Topping...
Note* Kindly watch the below youtube link for easy-how to. And I love what the guy in the vdo's saying << Life should be easy. If it's not easy...then it's not right.>> He rocks!
Ingredients:
700 ml Soy milk
2/3 cup (0% fat) plain yogurt
1-2 teaspoon(s) ground roasted black sesame seeds
1-2 teaspoon(s) chopped dark chocolate
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
...
It started with Anne's curiosity...whether she could replace cow milk with soy milk... or oat milk... or almond milk...or young rice milk...as she's not a big fan of cow milk either. Apparently, It works so well.... and she's happy.
However, this yogurt is not "pure vegan". Why?
Because those "live active lactic acid cultured bacteria" from a cuppa 0% fat yogurt, made of cow milk... were kidnapped by Anne...whether they like it or not....to fulfill her new experiment in the kitchen.
Those poor bacteria were then placed 'n' pampered in soy Jacuzzi, with black sesame scrub and dark chocolate massage....
Under such ideal conditions, they are more relaxed and can reproduce once every 20 minutes....
In this case...Anne let them carrying on their love serenade and the whole package of it... for almost 720 minutes...

So from a few members...to approx. 7,000,000. growing bacteria!!!!
No time to sleep, oh dear oh dear!
